General Information

Visitations
The Minister depends on being informed of any members who need a visit either at home or in hospital. Please let him know as soon as possible of people who require a call.
Pink cards are available in the church. Please ask.

Change of Address
Changes of any kind should be made known to the Elder concerned, or to the Session Clerk, Roll-Keeper or Church Office from whom Certificates of Transference or Disjunction may be obtained by members leaving the district.

Home Communions
Any housebound member who is unable to come to Communion may have the Sacrament celebrated at home. He or she should contact the District Elder, who will make the necessary arrangements.

Creche
During morning worship all children under Sunday School age, of members attending Church, are cared for in the Church Halls.

Baptisms
Preliminary arrangements should be made with the Minister on Thursday evenings from 7.00pm to 7.30pm in the Vestry. Baptisms normally take place on the first Sunday of the month.

Weddings
As soon as a a date has been provisionally considered, preliminary arrangements should be made with the Minister in the Vestry on Thursday evenings. The Minister will then advise about further preparations and procedures.

Funerals
The Minister asks to be notified on the occasion of a death and would respectfully point out the necessity of being consulted before the day and hour of a funeral service are finally arranged.
